SpinLaunch A100 Part 2 Physical Model

I created this A100 physical model within a tight deadline of two and a half weeks, alongside another model. Due to the crunch time, I had to cut some corners. I utilized two QIDI Max printers and one Anycubic Max. Splitting and assembling this model was quite a task. The spinning tether was printed in ABS V2 Anycubic resin, with cavities for Kevlar threads reinforced with epoxy and counterbalanced with buckshot. Details were printed in resin, while larger parts were FDM printed on the QIDI. The inside was fiberglassed for reinforcement as the entire model had to be supported by four bolts attached to the stand. A subcontractor assisted with the electronics.
