This mural was showcased at AFM in Las Vegas. I had the privilege of collaborating with BreakAll Production to design, print, clean up, and assemble it within a tight two-and-a-half-week deadline. Working closely with the studio, I designed the mural in Photoshop, incorporating their guidance throughout the process.
Once the design was finalized, I created a 3D mock-up to determine the overall size and dimensions. After receiving approval for the mock-up, I modeled key elements, including the Hoover Dam and its towers, the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge (above the Hoover Dam), the New York-New York Casino, and the Sphinx from the Luxor. Note: The Eiffel Tower from the Paris Las Vegas Casino and the Statue of Liberty were downloaded assets; however, I modified them to include additional details.
The New York-New York Casino model was the most intricate to complete. I designed it in 3D to provide the shop team with precise layouts for cutting Sintra. The windows were layered with vinyl, and I created the facades of the buildings, printing the rooftops separately for assembly over the Sintra base.
The team at BreakAll did an amazing job with the mountains and paintwork. They have so many talented artists, and their contributions truly elevated the final piece.
After countless late nights of hard work and assembly, the mural is now proudly on permanent display at the Nevada Film Office.
